Products in stock: If the product is in stock, it will be shipped within a few days.

Shipping restrictions
We ship to all countries that are not under sanctions or similar restrictions.

Tracking of orders
Customers always receive a tracking link once their order has been shipped.

Lost packages
If a package goes missing, contact us and we will handle the matter within a few days.

International Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes that their country may impose on the product.

What happens to orders that could not be delivered or were not picked up? (only applies to print-on-demand products)
Sometimes a package cannot be delivered, which usually means an address is incomplete or requires additional information. For example, a company name, floor number or C/O may be missing. Another scenario is that the package is held by customs due to missing information or that a customs fee is required by the recipient of the package.

Undeliverable packages will eventually be sent back to us. For orders within Europe and the US, this usually takes 1-2 months after it is first shipped out from the printer. For other international orders, it may take longer, depending on the country's processes.

When a package is received back at one of our warehouses, we are normally able to update the address information and resend it to the original recipient. Contact us to arrange a new delivery at shop@ellenkrauss.com.

Please note that redelivery comes with new shipping charges, along with a €5 or $5 handling fee – the additional shipping cost depends on the recipient country. The information above does not apply to DHL express orders.

Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war or other unforeseen events.
