Return and Refund Policy
Overview
We strive for our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This policy describes the conditions for returns and refunds in accordance with Swedish consumer legislation and EU regulations for international customers.

Returns
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Time frame: You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return (according to Law (2005:59), ch. 2, § 10). Please note that this right does not apply to products that are manufactured according to the consumer's instructions or that have otherwise been given a clear personal touch (according to Law (2005:59), ch. 2 § 11).
Non-returnable items: Gift cards and downloadable software products cannot be returned.

Clarification of exceptions to returns
The Ellen Krauss Collection: Please note that all products from the Ellen Krauss Collection are printed on demand. Therefore, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
• Process: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approval: If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
• Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@ellenkrauss.com
